We are actively seeking a Sr. Agentic AI Sales Executive. This role requires a highly entrepreneurial, strategic seller who thrives in a fast-paced market being reshaped by AI-driven ERP transformation.  This position reports directly to the Americas Theater GM. The Sr. Agentic AI Sales Executive will be based in the US and may work from a remote office, location within commuting distance of one of our Regional hubs is desirable, or near a major city as extensive travel expected across the region will be required.

Position Summary

As Rimini Street drives toward its $1B+ annual revenue goal, we are expanding our team of Senior AI Executives (SAIEs) to lead the next chapter of growth across our AI-powered enterprise solutions. This role is a pure hunter position focused on selling Agentic AI ERP, ERP modernization, ERP transformation uses cases, and advanced services, including AI project teams and Forward Deployment Engineers (FDEs).

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience selling complex enterprise technology solutions to large organizations, including Support, Managed Services, AI engineering teams, and Professional Services. They possess a proven ability to engage C-suite executives, challenge legacy thinking, and proactively drive new opportunities through disciplined outbound prospecting. Additional experience selling third-party ERP applications, integrations, and modernization services is essential.

This role requires a highly entrepreneurial, strategic seller who thrives in a fast-paced market being reshaped by AI-driven ERP transformation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Achieve and Exceed Sales Quotas

  • The ability and experience to build trusted relationships with customers, including with CIOs, CFOs, CTOs, CDOs, COOs, and ERP/IT leaders—quickly establishing credibility through technical depth and a consultative approach. This means earning a seat at the table beside them to support CIOs in architectural decisions, shape technical direction, and become a go-to resource customers rely on.
  • Deep technical mastery in AI’s core capabilities to be able to transform clients' business requirements into design AI Experience solutions. The ability to translate customer requirements into a comprehensive solution that serves as the bridge between sales and implementation. This includes designing end-to-end architectures with performance, integration, and extensibility in mind—giving customers a clear roadmap from vision to reality.
  • Focus on high-impact builds that prove the solution works in the customer's context and accelerates their confidence to move forward.
  • The ability to partner effectively with Solution Consultants, Delivery Team and Partners to ensure AI Experience solutions align with overall account strategy and long-term customer roadmaps. This includes contributing to reference architectures, industry patterns, and reusable assets that scale impact across the organization and accelerate future engagements.

Proactively Build New Pipeline & Create AI‑Driven ERP Demand

  • Develop and qualify opportunities for Agentic AI ERP, ERP modernization, AI-enabled automation use cases, and AI engineering teams.
  • Confidently challenge the status quo, addressing entrenched assumptions about traditional ERP roadmaps, upgrade cycles, integrations, and cost structures.
  • Customize persuasive presentations and business cases that demonstrate ROI and competitive differentiation.
  • Support go‑to‑market initiatives to launch new AI and ERP offerings across geographies and industries.

Drive Growth Within the Installed Base

  • Expand current relationships by introducing AI teams, Forward Deployment Engineers, and ERP modernization initiatives that increase efficiency and innovation.
  • Grow adoption of Support, Managed Services, Professional Services, and new AI-led capabilities.
  • Present next-generation ERP use cases, integrations, and automation strategies that expand value for existing clients.
  • Partner with Renewals to support retention and long-term client transformation journeys.

Expertise in Selling AI Teams & ERP Ecosystem Solutions

  • Demonstrate success selling AI engineering teams, AI project teams, Forward Deployment Engineers, and technical squads that embed within client organizations.
  • Sell third‑party ERP applications, add‑ons, and integration services that extend or modernize legacy ERP platforms.
  • Identify and articulate opportunities to modernize ERP ecosystems through AI-enabled workflows, interoperability improvements, and platform integration.

Top-performing SAIEs will:

  • Build a continually growing, high-quality pipeline through disciplined outbound work.
  • Confidently engage and influence senior executives on ERP strategy and AI transformation.
  • Unlock meaningful expansion revenue within the existing installed base.
  • Demonstrate mastery of AI-driven ERP modernization and multi‑vendor ERP ecosystems.
  • Serve as strategic advisors who help customers innovate faster, reduce cost, and reshape their ERP future.

Rimini’s target pay for each position is available upon request during the applicant’s Interview process.

The OTE range for this type of role is 224k - 300k depending on skills and experience.
