Position Summary

Astrica is seeking a Sr Advisory Solutions Consultant who can own the business-critical process of managing the definition of client solutions during pre-sales AND delivery.

This role will be a hybrid billable role focused on solution lifecycle management—supporting sales teams with pre-sales discovery, solution definition and estimation, proposal and contract creation, and supporting client delivery teams when needed throughout the implementation to ensure our ServiceNow engagements deliver the expected value for clients.

What you’ll do:

  • Product Ownership! For about 70% of the time, you’ll work with clients to understand business needs, define user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritizing backlogs, and ensure delivery teams are building the right solutions on ServiceNow.
  • Pre-Sales Solutioning! For about 30% of the time, you’ll partner with Astrica leadership in sales cycles, helping shape solution approaches, estimate work, and present value to prospective clients.
  • Trusted Advisor! Act as a partner to client executives—able to shift seamlessly between product conversations, strategic discussions, and business value storytelling.
  • Voice of the client! Serve as the trusted point of contact for client escalations, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
  • Contract Creation! Draft clear, accurate, and compelling contracts that balance client goals with delivery feasibility.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Sr. Product Owner or Sr. Solution Consultant managing client engagements and opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to draft and own contract extensions and proposals
  • Strong writing skills (SOWs, proposals) and strong PowerPoint skills with an eye for polished proposals
  • Ability to perform Product Owner responsibilities (backlog management, user stories, stakeholder alignment)
  • Ability to lead discovery sessions and translate client objectives and requirements into solution recommendations and drive subsequent scoping and estimation
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (required)
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trust, resolve escalations, and maintain positive relationships.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote-first, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Extra Awesome:

  • Previous experience in a ServiceNow or SaaS services consulting company.
  • Experience working across both contracts/commercials and project delivery responsibilities.
  • Background in pricing strategy, proposal development, or pre-sales support.
  • Ability to act as a bridge between sales, delivery, and clients to ensure successful outcomes across the contract and project lifecycle.

Where You’ll Work
We’re a remote-first team, which means you can do your best work from wherever you’re happiest and most productive. Every now and then, we may ask you to join us on-site with a client—but those moments are the exception, not the rule.

What the Work Looks Like
Most of your day will be spent collaborating online with your team and pitching clients, building smart solutions, and occasionally traveling (up to 20%) if a client/prospect needs you in person. Otherwise, it’s you, your laptop, and your favorite coffee mug.

Perks & Benefits

  • Competitive pay that reflects your skills and certifications
  • Performance bonuses and bi-annual reviews that celebrate growth
  • Unlimited vacation + flexible time off (because balance matters)
  • Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) coverage
  • Career development support and learning incentives to keep you sharp
