As a Sr Advanced Software Architect - Engineering Aerospace - ANTHEM, you will be responsible for leading the architectural design and innovation for the tooling solutions in the ANTHEM. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of software development within Honeywell Aerospace and contribute to the delivery of innovative and reliable products in the aerospace industry.
You will collaborate closely with business leaders, Lead Architects and other technology teams to align our architecture with strategic business goals and industry best practices. Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, delivering scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions.
- Expertise in C#, .NET, advanced data structures, algorithms, design patterns, multithreading, and software architecture.
- Proficient in Python scripting and C++ development/debugging.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI for software development, testing, and engineering productivity.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing, microservices, service-oriented architecture (SOA), security, and data management.
- Experience with avionics communication protocols, network configuration, system integration, and validation testing.
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as OpenShift, Bamboo, Octopus, Grafana Loki, and LaunchDarkly.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical and security risks to senior leadership.
- Good understanding of EPIC product architecture, Anthem tools, and the Thunderbolt platform (preferred).
