Sr Account Executive, Indirect Sales
Job Overview
The Sr. Account Executive, Indirect Sales will oversee channel partner sales activities for T-Mobile's direct sales segments, including SMB, Mid-Market, Strategic, Enterprise, and Government. This role involves coordinating with T-Mobile direct sales segments to ensure activation and revenue targets (QGP) are met. The Sr. Account Executive, Indirect Sales utilizes their experience in indirect sales to partner with the T-Mobile direct sales teams to ensure all segments customers’ needs are met. This role will work with their internal TFB partners to align on sales strategies to increase sales productivity. In addition to a focus on sales quota attainment, responsibilities also include training, enablement, and collaboration with T-Mobile for Business direct sales teams to achieve results, grow the base and solutions portfolio

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve growth targets by working with internal T-Mobile for Business teams, including assigned direct sales segments, on sales strategies, offers, and programs to increase sales productivity and activation of T-Mobile products and services.
  • Drive indirect partner activity with direct sales segments, participating on joint sales calls as needed, and ensuring TFB direct sales segments have the training and sales enablement tools to achieve results, grow the base and portfolio.
  • Accountable for sales reporting and insights for assigned direct sales segments. Partner with internal operations teams to construct communication flows, programs, co-op, and team coordination.
  • Stays abreast of industry landscape, challenges and problem statements for the industry, unique products, and solutions, and collaborate as an expert to strategize current and long-term solutions.

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 7-10 years Strategic operations, sales, and/or business development experience in a sales and/or wireless organization. Required
  • 7-10 years Selling into and/or through key industry partner clients Required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Negotiation Strong, proven negotiation skills. (Required)
  • Business Analysis Analytical, planning and decision making. (Required)
  • Strategy Strategic operations, sales, and/or business development experiences in a sales and/or wireless organization. (Required)
  • Business Acumen Strong business acumen; incorporates overall objective in developing strategy and decisions. (Required)
  • Communication Excellent communication skills. (Required)

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $147,600 - $266,300, inclusive of target incentives

Base Pay Range: $88,560 - $159,780

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
