THE ROLE:
Join as a Sportstech Technical Support Team Lead. This role leads the technical support team responsible for service stability and operational performance across the business. You will manage daily team operations, act as the primary escalation point for major incidents, and coach and develop team members to deliver a high-performing, accountable team. The role requires strong people leadership, incident management, and stakeholder communication skills, ideally paired with experience in support operations and sports technology.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead, support, and develop the Sportstech Technical Support team to deliver exceptional service and operational performance
- Oversee daily team operations, ensuring resources, priorities, and workloads are effectively managed
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex issues and major incidents, driving timely resolution and service stability
- Coach, mentor, and performance-manage team members through regular feedback, training, and development plans
- Manage recruitment, onboarding and scheduling to maintain a high-performing team
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, knowledge sharing, service quality, and operational efficiency
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

- Proven ability to manage incidents, prioritise workloads, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to drive performance
IT WILL BE A BONUS IF YOU HAD
- Experience scaling or transforming support operations and team processes
- Experience leading or mentoring a technical support team
- Understanding of sports and sports technology
The monthly salary for this full-time role ranges from €2800 to €3600 gross. This role will also be eligible to take part in Genius Sports Group's benefits plan.
