Key Responsibilities:
- Solve advanced problems that L1 and L2 support couldn't resolve
- Interact with users and serve as a liaison between senior engineers
- Ensure tickets are solved
- Be a self-starter and take extreme ownership of tickets
- Reduce ticket counts for L1 and L2 teams
- Provide mentorship to L1 and L2 support teams
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5-8 years using Splunk as an administrator
- Strong hands-on Splunk experience
- Excellent SPL skills
- Strong Linux admin experience
- Good understanding of networking technologies
- Decent experience with security
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter mentality
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
