Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Training, you will coordinate RBDC regional based training programs and Flight School. This includes managing all logistics, maintaining our budget and partnering with different hospitality vendors. You will also aid in the development of job aids/ learning resources.
Job Description
LOGISTICS AND COORDINATION
Maintain the training calendar; Coordinate with talent and people managers to organize a list of all employees into cohorts
Communicate with participants and people managers about program attendance and pre-work requirements.
Coordinate with multiple parties to book travel, arrange transportation, and ensure understanding of program dates and time
Plan and facilitate pre-travel logistics calls with incoming weekly learner groups
Set up hotel contracts, negotiate rates, manage reservations by cohort, plan and order weekly meals, and manage billing
Plan and organize dinner/team building reservations for weekly cohorts, staying within budget
Support set up and be on site for one evening team build a week (2-3x a month max)
Manage post program assessments and email learners post training for post program development
Manage inventory and ordering of training workbooks and supplies; partner with printing agency to communicate updates to training workbooks, review proofs, and approvals for printing
Support weekly set up of classroom, including name tags, workbooks, set up of break out groups, setting coolers to planogram
Partner with the Senior Manager and Finance Controller to ensure expenses are within the planned budget
LEARNING MATERIALS
Collaborate with training personnel and subject matter experts on the development of new training materials such as 1-pagers
Support maintenance of training materials to ensure resources are up to date, including maintenance of SharePoint hub pages
Update LMS events to track learner attendance and completion of programs
Support ad hoc reporting - program attendees, learner completion stats
IN FIELD WITH LEARNERS
Spend time in field to learn and maintain knowledge of sales roles; identify learner needs in support of developing new training materials
In limited cases, this may include travel outside of Denver
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in an administrative role, managing multiple events, schedules, and vendors
1+ years of experience creating learning materials or job aids
Intermediate Experience with Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint
Experience with an LMS preferred, but not required
CPG or Beverage Industry Field Sales experience preferred but not required
Events and logistics management experience required, with strong prioritization and time management skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
Must be fluent in English, additional languages an advantage
Additional Information
Compensation: $64,000 - $102,000
Actual compensation offers may vary based on certain factors, including but not limited to experience.
