As a member of the Test & Learn Product Management team, you will build industry-leading experimentation software which brings sophisticated analytic techniques to businesses and users around the world. We are rapidly building new products, improving existing products, and expanding the ways we deliver Test & Learn to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for being the product lead on an analytics-oriented development team. Partnering closely with cross-functional collaborators like engineering and data science teams to understand software capabilities, UX designers and users to understand use cases and design solutions, and additional business stakeholders to understand commercial value and development priorities.
Position Responsibilities:
- Drive the development of new functionality within an analytics platform used by the world's largest organizations to make critical, multi-million-dollar decisions.
- Develop product strategy derived from user research, market trends, customer pain points, and commercial priorities.
- Translate a deep understanding of our users into specific products and features, leveraging user research, market research, sales and marketing knowledge, and usage data to inform decisions.
- Own end-to-end feature development. Identify and prioritize problems, define use cases, design solutions, write requirements, support development and testing, and measure impact to inform future decisions.
- Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional product teams to bring ideas to life, from problem identification to solution design, requirements development, testing, deployment, and performance measurement.
- Work together with UX designers, engineers, and data science teams to deliver feature ideas and concepts to users. Executing strong technical, analytical, and design skills in order to build valuable enhancements and features to the software platform.
- Act as a product evangelist, partnering with the sales team to deeply understand customer needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of the analytics
