About the role and about You:

We are on the lookout for a passionate Specialist, People Experience & Talent to join Zwift’s People Team! Reporting into the Manager, People Experience, you’ll be responsible for owning our end to end hiring process, consulting Hiring Managers to successfully identify and recruit top talent for our open roles. This role is also responsible for talent development initiatives such as owning and championing our training platform, coordinating training programs, supporting our performance management cycles and various other people experience and talent initiatives. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Ensure our talent acquisition process runs efficiently and equitably. Partner with our People Experience Coordinator to manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Greenhouse, as well as our recruiting processes and resources.
  • Build strong relationships and partner with Hiring Managers to deeply understand their hiring needs. Review applicants and perform initial talent screens with qualified candidates.
  • Continuously improve our hiring process, proactively seeking feedback from Hiring Managers and candidates to provide an exceptional experience for both.
  • Engage with external agencies as needed to fill roles with exceptional talent. 
  • Champion internal mobility by advertising our open roles, ensuring a fair process for our Watopians and external candidates. Actively promote and champion our referral program.
  • Enhance our Employer Brand. Respond to Glassdoor reviews and be an advocate for our brand on LinkedIn. 
  • Represent the People Team in our ERGs. Incorporate diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging into Zwift’s People Practices.
  • Responsible for the creation of all People Team surveys. For example, our Mid Year feedback survey to all Watopians. 
  • Support the Manager, People Experience with Training and Development initiatives such as owning our training platform, Udemy, and coordinating training programs. Involvement in wider People Team projects where required.
  • Develop and administer efficient, consistent, and equitable processes for people programs and policies.
  • Ensure our people data is clean, consistent, and up to date through establishing processes and regular audits to continuously improve the quality of data.

What we’re looking for: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant HR Certification and 3+ years of work experience.
  • Experience in recruiting either in-house or within an agency.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Solid understanding of local and regional People practices. Analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail, analyzing complex data, identifying trends, and translating findings into recommended actions.
  • Proactive, self-directed, motivated, and results-oriented individual with a high dedication to quality while handling multiple, and at times competing, priorities.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Resilient and adaptable to change.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Suite.
  • Greenhouse or other ATS experience.
  • Workday HCM or other HRIS experience.

Bonus points: 

  • Experience working in a global environment.
  • A passion for fitness.

For All US Based Full-Time Positions:

The base salary for this position ranges between $56,500.00 to $88,500.00. The base salary will be based on a number of factors including the role offered, the individual's job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, Zwift is proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package for all eligible employees which also includes performance bonuses, equity, and a full range of medical, financial, and other perks and benefits.
