QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

1. Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

· The ability to follow proper payroll and key procedures.

· The ability to verify the attendant staff is present.

· The ability to read and update the daily log and communicate relevant information to the staff.

· The ability to operate the computer, copier, typewriter and credit card machines.

· The ability to utilize the trace file, cashier sheets and handle the daily accounting.

· The ability to process outgoing mail.

· The ability to process all charges.

· The ability to set up and handle gift certificates.

· The ability to requisition and stock office supplies for the desk.

· The ability to copy and distribute materials.

· The ability to provide assistance to guests and members about the retail merchandise.

· The ability to utilize the telephones according to Four Seasons standards.

· The ability to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.

· The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.

· Capture sales from in-coming reservations calls and coordinate details of each reservation.

· Complete internal reservation forms

· Answer General Reservations e-mail, retrieve and distribute mail and process brochure requests.

· Handle guest complaints in accordance with Four Seasons policy.

· Call to confirm and/or guarantee non-guaranteed reservations, clear waitlisted reservations.

· Contact guests or travel planners to clarify any discrepancies in the preferences or requests before guests’ arrival.

· Comply with Four Seasons standards for spa, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and planning committee.

· Respond according to the crisis management plan to any resort emergency or safety situation.

· Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
