As a Sourcer or Senior Sourcer, you will support a portfolio of searches that fit your skillset. As an expert at building pipeline and mapping talent, you will adjust to our exceptionally high hiring standards and develop effective strategies to identify and engage talent. Responsibilities
- Directly source a rich pipeline of talent for an assigned portfolio of searches
- Partner closely with hiring managers and Recruiters to develop effective sourcing and outreach strategies
- Develop insights from targeted sourcing experiments and talent research and use those insights to influence hiring managers and improve the trajectory of your searches
- Institutionalize and compound our talent strategies, competitive intelligence, and outreach content to make the whole team more effective at sourcing
- Own the early-stage candidate experience and make it a positive and memorable journey, even for candidates who do not join us
- Lead various projects and programs to improve and support our sourcing and recruiting efforts overall
Requirements
- At least three years of talent acquisition experience with demonstrated expertise in sourcing top talent
- Track record of making substantial contributions at the team level, including mentorship, process improvement, program management, and contributions to institutional knowledge and recruiting content
- Eagerness to work with diverse, highly talented teams
- Bachelor’s degree (a plus)
- Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience sourcing AI/ML technical talent or experience with financy industry role families
- Experience sourcing for startups or companies without an established consumer brand
The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $175,000 in the location(s) of this posting. Individual salaries are determined through a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. Base salary does not include other forms of total compensation such as bonus compensation and other benefits. Our benefits package includes medical, dental and vision coverage, life and AD&D insurance, 20 days of paid time off, 9 sick days, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
