Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting and Sourcing:
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, industry events, and partnerships with universities and trade organizations.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring teams, providing a positive candidate experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging skill demands in the upstream sector.
- Recruit potential candidates outside of Workrise using a variety of sources
- Sell potential candidates on the opportunity and value of Workrise to build pipeline of available workers in the energy market
Client and Worker Support:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and project timelines for upstream positions.
Sales Collaboration
- Collaborate with sales partners and leadership plan and execute the top priorities including sourcing and submittal of candidates
"Should have" Experience and/or Education:
- 3+ years of high-volume staffing experience, preferably within the oil and gas industry, with a focus on upstream roles
- Hands on experience with recruiting tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques
- Knowledge of Oil & Gas, Energy and/or Skilled Trades industries
- Ability to prioritize multiple priorities with varying deadlines
- Ability to maintain relationships through texting, (cold) calling, and flexible availability based on client base
- Clear communication both written and verbal
"Nice to Have" Experience and/or Education:
- Experience collaborating with sales teams
- Experience in a start up
- Bachelor's of Science degree in a related field
- Energized by work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently
- Ability to be a team player; adept at working with multiple people at any given time
- Flexibility: able to shift tasks and priorities in a big way at the drop of a hat.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
