About the Role
The salary range for this role is $45,000 - $55,000/year + Bonus
This is an entry-level role on our Customer Support team, and an excellent starting point for a career in data and analytics. Solution Specialists are the frontline of the client experience — managing multiple client conversations simultaneously, asking the right questions to quickly understand needs, and delivering clear, accurate guidance across Numerator’s Insights and Survey platforms. Success in this role requires strong customer service instincts, sharp listening and questioning skills, and the organizational discipline to stay on top of a high-volume queue without letting anything slip.
What You'll Do
Client Support & Advisory
- Manage multiple concurrent client conversations with strong organization and follow-through, ensuring every interaction receives a prompt and complete response.
- Apply active listening, effective questioning, and available AI-enabled resources to quickly understand client needs and guide them to the right solution on Numerator's platforms.
- Guide clients through Numerator's web-based platforms — navigating the system, interpreting results, and designing reports that answer business questions.
- Connect client business needs to Numerator solutions to support retention and growth.
- Educate clients on data methodology, site navigation, and report outputs.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve response quality, accelerate issue resolution, and enhance the overall client experience.
Platform & Product Knowledge
- Develop fluency in Numerator Insights and the broader suite of Numerator data sources.
- Stay current on platform updates, new capabilities, and emerging technologies to provide accurate, relevant client guidance.
- Utilize AI-assisted resources to efficiently access information, identify solutions, and surface insights that help clients achieve their goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and support activities using designated systems and tools.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a passion for marketing, data, or consumer insights.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent tools).
- Strong active listening and questioning skills — the ability to quickly diagnose a client’s need and ask the right follow-up to move toward resolution.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent client conversations without losing quality or accuracy.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with a professional, empathetic approach to client interaction.
Preferred
- Experience with quantitative research or market research methodologies.
- Experience working with large data sets to build a narrative or business story.
- Background in Consumer Goods, Retail, or Market Research.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and workflows, with an interest in applying emerging technologies to improve productivity, learning, and client outcomes.
