About the RoleAs a Solutions Engineer at Synthflow, you'll be a key technical partner of our sales team, demonstrating the power and potential of our AI phone agents to prospective enterprise customers. You will combine deep technical knowledge with persuasive communication to understand a prospect's challenges and showcase how our solutions can solve their biggest problems. You will be a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between sales and engineering to secure new business.
Your Responsibilities:Partner with the sales team to understand prospective customer needs, business requirements, and technical environments.
Conduct compelling product demonstrations, technical presentations, and workshops for both business and technical stakeholders.
Lead the technical discovery process, answering in-depth questions about our APIs, integrations, and capabilities.
Design and architect customized solutions and proof-of-concepts (POCs) that prove the value of our platform to potential customers.
Respond to technical sections of RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFIs (Requests for Information).
Transition new customers smoothly to the post-sales implementation and customer success teams.
Serve as a technical advisor, managing both internal and external stakeholder expectations with clear and effective communication.
Collaborate closely with internal teams like sales, engineering, and product to share market feedback and help shape our product roadmap.
You have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in technical implementation, customer success engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing role.
You possess hands-on experience with APIs, CRMs, automation tools, technical integrations,
You have experience or deep interest in AI/ML technologies and prompt engineering.
You excel in clear, effective communication and can comfortably manage both internal and external stakeholder expectations.
You thrive in dynamic environments, pay meticulous attention to detail, and enjoy collaborating cross-functionally on small, agile teams.
Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompting.
Strong understanding of the enterprise sales process and a track record of winning deals.
Familiarity with SIP, telephony providers, or call center systems is a strong plus.
