The Opportunity
As a Solutions Engineer, you will be the technical backbone of our sales cycle. You will partner closely with the Sales team to unpack prospects' data privacy challenges, architect secure solutions, and champion the technical value of our platform. This role requires a unique blend of deep technical expertise—particularly around enterprise integrations, APIs, and data flows—and exceptional communication skills to navigate conversations with both software engineers and Chief Privacy/Compliance Officers.
What You Will Do
- Technical Discovery & Strategy: Partner with Sales to lead deep technical discovery, qualify complex customer use cases, and shape the overarching solution strategy for key enterprise opportunities
- Tailored Demonstrations: Create and deliver bespoke product demonstrations, technical presentations, and interactive workshops that clearly articulate our platform's value and differentiate us from the competition.
- End-to-End Evaluation Ownership: Own and execute proofs of concept (POCs) and pilot programs from start to finish. You will define success criteria, guide implementation, systematically remove technical blockers, and ensure executive-level business outcomes are clearly documented.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the voice of the customer internally. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to share market insights and directly shape our product roadmap based on real-world customer needs.
- RFP process: Ensure all RFP and Security Questionnaires requests are completed to a high standard, are accurate and meet agreed deadlines
What You Will Bring
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Software Engineer with a proven track record of direct, impactful customer engagement.
- Technical Deep Proficiency: Strong foundational knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, data mapping, and modern integration patterns.
- Architecture & Integration: Hands-on experience designing, troubleshooting, and implementing complex enterprise integrations.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. You must possess the ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with both deeply technical engineering teams and C-level executive audiences.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Brilliant problem-solving skills. You might not always know all the answers upfront, but you have a proven methodology for hunting down solutions, navigating ambiguity, and communicating answers effectively.
What We Offer
- Health, Vision, and Dental Care (also available for partner)
- Endless PTO Program
- 100% Work from Home
- Opportunities to participate in regional philanthropic activities
- Opportunities to participate in health-focused activities - mindfulness, wellness, active lifestyle
- $2,500 active employee referral program
Compensation: $100,000 to $115,000/year CAD
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
