What You Will Do:
· Technical Architecture & Data Solutioning: Exhibits extensive technical expertise and designs modern, cloud-native data solutions—including unified customer profiles, identity-resolution workflows, and mar-tech integrations—aligned to best-practice standards.
· Discovery & Root-Cause Analysis: Diagnoses underlying issues and uncovers business and technical requirements, aligning cross-functional teams on strategic objectives before presenting a solution.
· Technical Storytelling & Value Articulation: Converts complex concepts into clear, outcome-based sales narratives and leads technical discussions that highlight measurable business impact.
· Strategic Problem Solving: Intuitively grasps complex challenges and proposes solutions that balance feasibility, risk, and value.
· Collaboration & Trust Building: Fosters teamwork, removes obstacles, and communicates transparently to build trust and achieve shared goals.
· Continuous Learning & Thought Leadership: Maintains a growth mindset—continually learning and sharing insights on emerging trends in the technical space (mar-tech, AI, identity, privacy) with internal and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture:
· Uncover technical and business requirements through client engagement
· Lead discovery sessions to align on goals, constraints, and success metrics
· Translate challenges into scalable technical solutions.
· Design feasible, best-practice-aligned solutions that fit Acxiom and partner capabilities.
Enablement & Deal Acceleration:
· Support pre-sales and influence deal strategy with sales teams.
· Contribute to RFPs/RFIs with technical input and solution narratives.
· Remove technical barriers and accelerate sales through collaboration.
· Coordinate pricing inputs for complex solutions with stakeholders.
Solution Innovation:
· Pilot and co-develop solutions for emerging needs.
· Capture insights to refine offerings and boost adoption.
· Provide feedback to shape product and solution strategy.
Value Articulation:
· Translate features into clear business benefits.
· Tailor messaging to different stakeholder roles.
· Use proof points and demos to build solution confidence.
· Highlight Acxiom’s differentiators and unique value.
What You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 3+ years’ experience in Martech or Adtech industry as a Consultant, Sales Engineer, or similar role.
- Ability to travel 25% of time.
