We are seeking a highly motivated Field Solutions Engineer to be a key partner to account executives, driving the expansion of Intenseye's presence into Fortune 500 companies. You will serve as a technical leader, interfacing directly with customers and partners throughout the sales process, overcoming technical objections, assisting with deployment designs, and providing technical support to the sales team. The ideal candidate will be an independent, quick learner who can deliver impactful results.
This role requires up to 40% travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become the subject matter expert on the full Intenseye product suite, articulating its value and benefits to customers throughout the sales cycle.
- Partner with AEs to run deep technical discovery with complex prospects
- Configure demo environments that reflect prospect-specific workflows and integrations
- Act as the technical expert during sales cycles, answering detailed questions about integrations, APIs, data flows, and product capabilities
- Work with Product and Engineering to scope custom solutions or identify development needs
- Build proof-of-concept deliverables and custom solutions that help win deals
- Help refine our Pre-Sales SE playbook to standardize technical support in the sales cycle and processes.
- Strategically address and overcome technical objections to secure successful outcomes for Intenseye.
- Effectively present the Intenseye solution to diverse audiences, from C-level executives to safety directors and operations managers. Train and educate partners, customers, and internal employees on the latest Intenseye product offerings.
- Close collaboration with the Implementation teams is crucial to ensure a smooth and comprehensive handover of solution delivery details.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years as a Sales Engineer with a proven track record of working with Fortune 500 companies.
- Communication: Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills to clearly and efficiently articulate technical matters.
- Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in a relevant technical or engineering field from an accredited university.
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in Networking including HTTPS, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, NAT devices, DHCP, and Firewalls. Cloud & On-Prem (AWS, GCP, Azure), Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity / Data Privacy, Application Security, AI, Computer Vision, LLMs, IoT, Industrial Control Systems, Smart Devices, API integrations.
- Certifications: Industry certifications such as AWS, CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, MCSE, CEH, Security+, A+, Network+, Microsoft Azure, CISSP, CSP.
- Programming/Systems: Experience with Active Directory, SAML/SCIM, APIs, Python, and other coding languages.
