We seek a Solutions Engineer to onboard our customers and partners using BioCatch solutions. This role suits dynamic people with a solid technical background and excellent customer-facing skills.

You will lead implementations and other technical projects in this role, enabling BioCatch anti-fraud solutions for web and mobile applications. The majority of our customers are financial institutions (Banks, Credit Cards issuers, etc.) but not only. You'll be working with Executives, Project Managers, and Developers.

At BioCatch, you'll be part of the Solutions and Operations department, which provides all technical services to customers worldwide. This requires a great "can do" attitude, good project management skills, and a solid technical background to overcome integration challenges and issues.

As part of the Solutions Engineering team, you'll also contribute to our documentation, leading workshops and helping improve our processes and practices



Requirements

Must have:

  • At least 3 years experience in solutions engineering OR systems integration OR web/mobile development.
  • Proven experience in project management methodologies: attention to timelines, cross-teams coordination, follow-up skills, sharp sense of urgency etc. Independently track progress, mitigate risks, and communicate updates regularly to internal and external stakeholders, etc.
  • Self-Management: Prioritize tasks effectively across multiple engagements, keeping both customer needs and internal deadlines in focus.
  • Organizational Excellence: Maintain accurate documentation (e.g., discovery weekly notes, solution diagrams, technical recommendations, etc.) and ensure smooth knowledge transfer between different groups.
  • Customer service experience: A mature and professional attitude, understanding of business goals, etc.
  • Self-learning skills and ability to research and ideally resolve technical challenges in web/mobile environments.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.

Good to have:

  • Web development experience: HTML, CSS, JS, NodeJS, ReactJS, Angular, PHP, Python etc.
  • Mobile development experience: React Native, Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, Jave, Flutter, Ionic, etc.
  • Experience working with big data engines like SQL, Splunk, Elastic, Snowflake, etc.
  • Experience working with large financial (or similar) institutions.
  • Training skills such as leading either internal/external technical workshops.


Misc:

  • Availability to travel internationally: up to 10% (on-demand)
