Job Summary

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to support customer implementations and technical operations for the platform.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, customer implementation, and technical operations, helping ensure successful onboarding and deployment across customer environments.

The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with customers, configuring systems, resolving technical issues, and helping scale technology implementations.

This person will work closely with engineering, product, and customer teams to ensure smooth platform adoption and reliable deployments.

Responsibilities
  • Lead or support technical implementations for new customers.

  • Configure platform environments according to customer requirements.

  • Support setup, configuration, and deployment processes.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues during implementations.

  • Work closely with engineering to escalate and resolve complex problems.

  • Ensure smooth operation of platform deployments.

  • Configure integrations, workflows, and system settings.

  • Support customers with technical setup and configuration tasks.

  • Maintain documentation and best practices for implementations.

  • Assist with AI-related configurations and prompt design when applicable.

  • Help optimize AI workflows for customer implementations.

  • Support scaling of AI-powered features across deployments.

  • Act as the technical point of contact during customer onboarding.

Qualifications and Job Requirements
  • 3–6+ years of professional experience in technical roles such as Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Technical Consultant, Technical Operations, or other customer-facing engineering positions.

  • Proven experience supporting technical implementations and platform deployments, including onboarding and configuring systems for customers.

  • Strong hands-on experience with API integrations, system configuration, and diagnosing and resolving technical issues.

  • Ability to work directly with customers in technical discussions, translating business needs into technical solutions.

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different stakeholders.
