BizLibrary is seeking a highly autonomous and analytically minded Sales Enablement Manager to build and deliver impactful enablement programs for both internal revenue teams and external channel partners. This role will serve as a strategic driver of performance enablement across Account Executives, Partner Development Managers, and reseller sales and CS leaders, translating complex product capabilities into high-impact training and insights that accelerate sales velocity and strengthen customer adoption.

This person will thrive in ambiguity, quickly identifying friction points and proactively delivering enablement solutions that drive measurable results. If you are passionate about product-led enablement, grounded in data, and energized by cross-functional collaboration, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Internal & Partner Enablement Strategy
  • Create and deliver comprehensive, role-based onboarding programs and certifications for BizLibrary AEs and Partner Development Managers.
  • Develop enablement resources for external reseller teams (sales and CS), helping partners position, sell, and support BizLibrary’s platform effectively.
  • Translate product features into revenue-driving value narratives across use cases and verticals.
  • Build engaging, on-demand training assets (PDF, video, avatar-based content) using tools like Canva, HeyGen, and ChatGPT.
  • Data-Driven Insights & Reporting
  • Regularly analyze product utilization and adoption trends across clients to surface friction points and training opportunities.
  • Provide reporting and insights on:
  • Sales performance and funnel conversion trends
  • Product attach rates and licensing utilization
  • ASP (average sales price) shifts across segments
  • Run win/loss and competitive loss analysis to inform enablement strategy and refine messaging.
  • Identify and report correlating factors to success across industries, personas, and use cases to prioritize sales efforts and improve client stickiness.
  • Program Ownership
  • Launch and manage a BizLibrary Certification Academy (e.g., LMS 101, 201, 301).
  • Fully own and modernize onboarding for AEs and partner managers with clear learning paths tied to the updated AE Playbook.
  • Lead quarterly refreshes of enablement assets and content based on product releases and field feedback.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as the enablement liaison to Product, Marketing, and Sales Leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging and tight alignment on product updates, bug fixes, and roadmap priorities.
  • Influence the product roadmap by surfacing recurring client needs, partner friction, and industry opportunities from the field.
  • Strategic Engagement
  • Join select high-value calls to provide expert product guidance and observe user sentiment first-hand.
  • Leverage Gong and Salesforce data to recognize patterns and proactively develop just-in-time enablement.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years in enablement, RevOps, or a product-facing revenue support role (B2B SaaS, content aggregators, or LMS providers preferred)
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a track record of turning data into actionable insights
  • Deep comfort using GenAI tools like ChatGPT, Canva, HeyGen, or Synthesia for content creation
  • Excellent project management and content development skills; can produce polished training independently
  • Confident presenting to both internal teams and external partners
  • Familiarity with learning platforms, enablement best practices, and modern sales methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience enabling channel/reseller partners
  • Familiarity with the BizLibrary product, catalog, and ICPs
  • Previous work experience in RevOps, sales strategy, or product marketing
  • Located in CST or EST time zone
