Solutions Consultant
About the Role
Malbek is seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to support enterprise sales engagements and help prospective customers evaluate our AI powered Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. This role will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, partnering closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations, solution designs, and technical guidance.
The ideal candidate has strong SaaS experience, a consultative approach, and a proven track record supporting large enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to understand customer business requirements and demonstrate how Malbek’s CLM platform addresses their needs
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and solution presentations to enterprise stakeholders, including Legal, Procurement, IT, Security, and Operations teams
- Lead discovery sessions to identify customer pain points, desired workflows, integrations, and business objectives
- Translate complex business and technical requirements into user friendly CLM solutions
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and technical documentation requests
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to communicate customer feedback and solution requirements
- Support proof of concepts (POCs), solution configuration discussions, and implementation transition activities
- Act as a subject matter expert on CLM best practices, enterprise SaaS solutions, and contract management processes
- Maintain a strong understanding of Malbek’s platform capabilities, integrations, roadmap, and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Consultant, Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or similar customer-facing SaaS role
- Experience supporting large enterprise customers and complex sales cycles
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, enterprise software, and business process workflows
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to confidently engage with both business and technical audiences
- Experience conducting discovery sessions and delivering customized product demonstrations
- Familiarity with enterprise integrations, APIs, SSO, and security concepts is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
