Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Solutions Consultant to join our sales team. The Solutions Consultant will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. This individual will collaborate closely with our sales team and prospects to understand their needs, demonstrate the capabilities of our software solutions, and articulate how our products can solve their business challenges.
What You'll Do
- Technical Consultation: Serve as the primary technical resource for the sales team, providing in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to prospects.
- Solution Architect: Analyze customer requirements and design tailored solutions that address their specific needs and objectives.
- Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our software products, features, and functionality and effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects.
- Proof of Concept: Lead the implementation of proof of concept (POC) projects to showcase the capabilities of our solutions and validate their effectiveness in meeting customer requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and engineering, to ensure alignment between customer needs and product development.
- Technical Support: Provide pre-sales technical support, including answering product-related questions, resolving technical issues, and addressing customer concerns.
- Training and Enablement: Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams and partners to enhance their understanding of our products and improve their ability to sell effectively.
Who You Are
- Proven experience in a technical sales or pre-sales engineering role, preferably in the SaaS industry. Healthcare/Health-Tech experience required.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud computing, and web technologies.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and influence decision-making.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with prospects and attend industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
