We’re hiring a strategic Solutions Consultant to anchor onboarding and workflow transformation for new customers. Operating within our post-sales organization, you’ll lead discovery, map customer workflows, and develop tailored implementation strategies that accelerate adoption and unlock value. While the focus is primarily post-sale (70–80%), you’ll also support late-stage sales by guiding prospects through technical evaluations and illustrating how Higharc delivers impact.
What You’ll Do
Post-Sales Leadership (Core Focus)
Lead onboarding discovery sessions to map customer workflows (Design, Estimating, Sales, Purchasing) and identify opportunities for transformation.
Define tailored success plans and implementation strategies aligned to customer goals.
Deliver high-impact platform training and enablement that drives early adoption and customer references.
Co-develop ROI and value validation assets with CSMs to support renewal and expansion.
Capture and share customer insights, feedback, and feature requests across Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
Continuously evolve our onboarding playbook, discovery tools, and documentation
Sales Support (As Needed)
Serve as a trusted technical advisor in late-stage sales, helping prospects understand how Higharc fits into their workflows.
Deliver targeted demos and proof-of-concepts that reinforce business value.
Inform positioning and objection handling based on real-world customer implementation patterns.
About You
You’re a natural translator between customer pain points and scalable solutions—equally comfortable in the weeds of process design and in the boardroom discussing ROI. You thrive in fast-paced environments, take ownership, and collaborate across functions to drive outcomes.
What You Bring
5+ years in a consultative, customer-facing role (e.g., Solutions Consulting, Implementation, Customer Success) or deep experience in homebuilding Operations
Experience in homebuilding, construction tech, or proptech.
Deep understanding of at least one functional area: Estimating, Design, Sales, or Purchasing.
Strong systems thinking and the ability to simplify complexity.
Confident communicator with execs, field operators, and internal teams alike.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM tools is a strong plus.
