In this role, you’ll be a trusted technical advisor to our customers and partners, guiding them through discovery, demonstrations, and proof-of-value engagements. You’ll partner closely with our sales, channel, and solutions consulting teams to showcase the power of Seeq’s advanced analytics software and ensure every customer experience reflects our innovative, customer-first approach.

What You’ll Do- Serve as a technical sales resource for channel partners—aligning, training, and enabling them to succeed in their technical sales efforts.
- Deliver tailored product demos and presentations that communicate value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Partner with account executives, VARs, Service Partners, and GSIs to connect customer challenges with Seeq’s solutions.
- Provide expert guidance throughout the sales cycle: discovery, solution design, and proof-of-value.
- Collaborate with the Solutions Consulting team to build demo assets, reusable content, and best practices.
- Share customer feedback with product management and engineering to help shape future product evolution.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity to strengthen Seeq’s positioning.
- Support partners in developing industry-specific use cases and accelerators.
- Represent Seeq at partner-led events, webinars, and conferences.
- 3–7 years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting (SaaS or industrial software preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in a channel technical role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (engineering, computer science, data science, etc.).
- Background in process manufacturing industries (oil & gas, chemicals, pharma, power, semiconductors) or adjacent domains.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, business intelligence, and process operations.
- Skilled communicator with the ability to engage executives, engineers, and operators alike.
- Proven track record in delivering software demos and technical consultations.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce a plus).
- Collaborative, problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel 10–25% for customer meetings, partner engagements, and industry events.
