The Role

Solutions Architects are primarily responsible for integrating and onboarding new customers, onboarding existing customers to new product offerings. You'll be executing short and long-term customer projects through a queue. You will coordinate closely with the CS organization which owns each account to deliver technical discovery, stakeholder management, and architectural recommendations. We’re looking for process-oriented people, who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and who love learning. You are critical to the long-term success of our customers as you guide them through complex integrations and campaign optimization.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead customer onboarding and professional services engagements.

  • Contribute to the design and improvement of processes and materials that enhance efficiency and customer experience during onboarding

  • Drive rapid time-to-value through quality project execution and deliverables that meet Simon's standards for technical excellence

  • Work with CS, product, and engineering teams to advise them on how Simon will fit into their technology stack

  • Maintain and manage internal stakeholders in support of fostering a cohesive and compelling customer experience

  • Take ownership of technical workstreams for various internal and external projects.

  • Advocate customer business use-cases to product development

  • Understand and document client scope and integration approaches with exceptional technical clarity, ensuring successful project execution and seamless transition of technical stakeholders as clients move from onboarding to value creation

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional work experience; at least 2 of which are in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or SaaS implementation

  • Experience with complex data models and mapping business needs to technical needs and vice versa

  • Exceptional technical writing skills with ability to produce clear documentation for technical implementations, integration guides, and customer-facing materials

  • SQL expertise or similar relevant programming languages

  • Deep understanding of APIs, web/mobile SDKs, and related technologies

  • Results-oriented strategic thinker who is able to thrive in an unstructured and fast-paced environment

  • Intellectually curious and a problem solver

  • Superior emotional intelligence and communication skills

  • Ability to quickly absorb and comprehend the ever-changing landscape of data and marketing technology (prior knowledge a plus)

  • Ability to work independently to deliver outcomes, and collaborate with and across teams

  • Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Data Analytics or technical a plus)

In compliance with the state and city salary transparency requirements, the potential salary for this position is from $115,000 to $150,000 which represents a range commensurate with experience.
