What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with GTM, Product, and Engineering to define and deliver technical solutions aligned with business goals.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers — from onboarding to production deployment.
Design, test, and implement integrations leveraging tools like Elasticsearch, Snowflake, AWS S3, AWS Lambda, and PostgreSQL.
Build and maintain API and data workflows using REST, webhooks, and custom scripts in Python.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing prescriptive guidance across risk domains such as Fraud, AML/KYC/KYB, and Credit Underwriting.
Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for the Product and Engineering teams.
What You’ll Bring:
4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or customer-facing architecture roles.
Deep experience with AWS (Lambda, CloudWatch, Cognito) and data infrastructure tools.
Strong proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with Redis, Redshift, or Clickhouse.
Expertise integrating REST APIs and third-party data providers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
Background in risk, compliance, or financial data systems is a major plus.
Benefits and Other Perks:
Compensation: Competitive salary and equity packages, including 401(k).
Health: 100% employer-covered medical, dental, and vision for you and your dependents (U.S.).
Balance: Unlimited PTO policy.
