As a Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in the Contractor Advisory Services team, guiding our customers through their ServiceTitan journey and collaborating with Product, Professional Services, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional outcomes. You are an adept problem-solver who delivers outstanding customer service, capable of resolving complex client cases with autonomy and a strong sense of urgency. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about leveraging technology to drive customer success and who thrives in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment dedicated to revolutionizing the home and commercial services industry.

What You'll Do:

  • Client Solutioning: Lead efforts to resolve issues for medium-to-high complexity clients and projects, encompassing account audits, optimization analysis, and advanced product adoption implementations.

  • Collaborative Support: Work closely with and support Senior Solutions Architects in leading larger, more complex initiatives.

  • Root Cause Analysis & Innovation: Conduct thorough root cause analysis on significant or recurring product challenges, identifying innovative solutions, process improvements, and contributing to training materials or white papers.

  • Cross-Functional Resolution: Partner effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive necessary changes, consistently maintaining high customer satisfaction.

  • Customer Journey Impact: Contribute to the customer journey by advising on sales product market fit, scaling onboarding plans for core product and advanced features, and driving customer engagement, ROI, and best practice adoption with the Customer Success team.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience; OR Master's degree with a minimum of 2 years; OR PhD; OR equivalent, relevant experience in the trades.

  • ServiceTitan Expertise: Deep product knowledge across the entire ServiceTitan platform, with at least 4+ years of direct experience.

  • Industry Acumen: In-depth understanding of ServiceTitan customers' business and operational needs and priorities.

  • Analytical Skills: Advanced Excel skills (xlookups, pivot tables, macros, etc.).

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, including monitoring assignment progress, determining actionable paths to completion, and meeting target timelines.

  • Ownership: Proven ability to take ownership and consistently perform as a high-contributing individual.

  • Travel: Ability to travel domestically up to 25-50% of the year.

Highly Valued (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience with Asana, SQL, Salesforce, QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop), Intacct, and GSuite.

  • ServiceTitan Certified Administrator (STCA) certification.

  • One or more of the following certifications: PMP, CMA, Lean/Six Sigma, or similar.

  • Prior leadership experience.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $85,700 USD - $114,600 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
