Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing robust architectures for digital

products, contributing to new business opportunities, and aligning client visions with

high-performance technical solutions.

This role calls for a seasoned technology leader with strong architecture expertise,

consulting experience, and the ability to lead technical discovery, design, and delivery with

confidence and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Architecture & Design

  • Develop scalable, high-performing digital solutions aligned with client objectives and
  • industry best practices.
  • Lead technical architecture and estimation during pre-sales, including resource
  • planning, delivery timelines, and team composition.
  • Translate strategic business goals into effective architecture frameworks.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to define product vision, timelines, scope, and
  • roadmaps.

2. Business Development & Client Engagement

  • Support Robots & Pencils' growth by participating in sales pursuits, providing
  • technical insight and leadership.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping bridge the gap between business
  • challenges and technology solutions.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and presenting architectural strategies to stakeholders.

3. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Champion technical excellence across cross-functional teams, ensuring architectural
  • consistency and scalability.
  • Mentor and guide engineering teams on architecture best practices and
  • implementation approaches.
  • Leverage client feedback to continuously evolve R&P’s solution delivery frameworks.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering and digital solution design.
  • Proven success in consulting or pre-sales environments within a technology services
  • or digital agency setting.
  • Expertise in designing and leading delivery of complex systems across cloud and
  • modern tech stacks (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and storytelling skills with technical and
  • non-technical audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a business-first mindset and strong technical execution.
  • Experience with full-stack development and agile delivery methodologies.
