The Solutions Architect designs and delivers data management solutions, leads client engagements, oversees development, and supports pre-sales activities to align technical capabilities with business needs.

Infoverity is seeking a Solutions Architect to join our dynamic consulting team. This remote role is pivotal in designing, architecting, and delivering high-quality data management solutions for our clients.
As a Solutions Architect, you will lead client engagements, guiding the discovery, design, and implementation of scalable solutions. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and strong client-facing skills to ensure solutions align with business needs and deliver strategic value.
We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality, and Data Governance, both from architectural and functional perspectives.
Key Responsibilities
Advisory
- Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and understand strategic objectives.
- Educate clients on platform capabilities, share best practices, and support decision-making.
- Lead discovery and strategy workshops for business and technical audiences.
- Align business requirements with technical capabilities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop solution roadmaps, business benefit analyses, and ROI assessments.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively across all levels of the client organization.
Solution Design and Documentation
- Design solutions, evaluate tools, and identify gaps between client needs and technology.
- Document solution architecture including data integration, cleansing, quality, models, UI/workflows, and APIs.
Development and configuration leadership
- Oversee development, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
Pre-Sales Support
- Support sales by assessing client IT landscapes, gathering requirements, and proposing solutions.
- Prepare presentations, proofs of concept, and visual materials for business development.
- Contribute to proposals and statements of work by defining scope, approach, and effort.
Requirements
- Languages: Fluent in German and English.
- Must be located in Germany, Switzerland or Netherlands.
- 5+ years of experience implementing data management solutions or ERP/CRM data modules.
- Experience with MDM technologies such as:
- Informatica MDM
- Stibo STEP
- Reltio
- SAP MDG
- TIBCO/Orchestra
- Lead developer or functional consultant on at least 3 enterprise platform implementations.
- Proven experience in:
- Leading discovery/design workshops and advisory meetings.
- Conducting pre-sales presentations.
- Drafting proposals and statements of work.
- Designing data models, business process flows, and data quality rules.
- Leading small consulting teams.
- Planning implementation projects, including effort estimation, milestone setting, and release scheduling.
- Driving documentation standards, issue tracking, and code quality.
Nice-to-have Skills
- Experience with customer and product/material data domains.
- Familiarity with data platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake).
- Background in software development and solution customization.
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks.
- Experience with SAP ERP integration/migration (ECC and S/4HANA).
- Industry-specific use case expertise.
