The Solution Analyst Intern will support the Solution Management team in delivering innovative, data-driven solutions for clients. This role provides hands-on experience in solution design, product content development, and analytical support for financial and competitive assessments. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Account Management and Finance.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating solution-related documentation, product briefs, and client-facing materials.
- Support development of presentations, user guides, and training content for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product managers to ensure content aligns with business objectives and technical specifications.
- Conduct financial modeling and cost-benefit analysis to support solution recommendations.
- Research and analyze competitor offerings, market trends, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare summary reports and dashboards to communicate insights to leadership.
- Participate in gathering and documenting business requirements for new functionality or enhancements.
- Assist in drafting business rules, process flows, and test plans.
- Work closely with Solution Management, Database Development, and Marketing Campaign teams.
- Provide ad-hoc support for client inquiries and internal projects.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SQL, Cursor, Tableau or data analysis tools is a plus.
- 6 months prior work or internship experience is preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- A strong desire to learn and contribute where needed
