Following our success in Europe, we’re excited to announce our expansion into the US! As a part of our founding US team, you’ll play a key role in making the digital world safer with SoSafe’s cybersecurity solutions. 
Our team is looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to ensure smooth and successful onboarding for our clients. This is a hybrid role based out of Denver. 
Your Mission

  • Take ownership of the customer onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless process through to go-live.

  • Use your expertise in our product to manage the technical setup of our awareness platform (SaaS) and collaborate with clients to implement tailored awareness training.

  • Support the sales team by demonstrating the value of our platform and advising on technical integrations such as Active Directories, Single Sign-On solutions, and Learning Management Systems.

  • Independently implement awareness measures that engage and amaze clients, utilizing data to run and evaluate phishing simulations to showcase the platform's impact.

  • Act as a trusted partner, managing stakeholders effectively—both on the client side and internally—to deliver smooth and successful projects.

  • Play a key role in enabling and training local employees to ensure long-term success, addressing technical challenges and advising on product functionality, data protection, and information security during complex tender processes.

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Security teams to contribute to ongoing product improvements, positioning yourself as a product expert in cybersecurity awareness solutions.


    Your Profile

  • You prioritize customer success and satisfaction, using your interest in cybersecurity and technical problem-solving skills to deliver results.

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in (IT) project management, ideally in a SaaS environment, with some experience in IT.

  • While you don’t need to be a developer, you should be comfortable with tools like our HTML editor.

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills, staying calm under pressure while balancing daily operational needs with training and enablement responsibilities.

  • Experience implementing or selling SaaS tools is a plus, with a creative mindset for overcoming roadblocks and identifying solutions.

  • As one of the first Sales Engineers to be hired in this region, ideally you will bring experience in cybersecurity.

  • Deep understanding of product functionality and sales strategy to effectively support daily business operations and address customer needs.
    Fluency in English.
