Along with working closely with our sales counterparts, this team also sits at the exciting intersection of our Product Management, Consulting Services, Marketing, and Value Management teams, providing exposure to various areas of the business.About the Role
As a Solution Consultant for the Evisort solution, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the world's largest and most strategic companies through their contract digital transformation. You will work closely with senior executives, including General Counsels, Heads of Procurement, IT leaders, Legal Ops Executives, Sales Executives, Compliance Officers, and others, to understand their business requirements and map these requirements to Evisort's AI capabilities. Your expertise will help clients develop understanding and passion for how AI can transform the way they manage contracts, and help clients build a compelling vision and value case for using AI to revolutionize their contract management.
In addition to client engagement, you will support tight-knit collaboration with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams. Your efforts will promote alignment across departments to drive customer-centric development and implementation!
The Evisort solution provides groundbreaking AI technology that automatically analyzes contracts and other documents to extract key information and make them searchable, simplifying decision-making while helping to reduce costs and manage risk. We automate manual work, facilitate teamwork, and streamline operations so businesses can make better decisions with better data, accelerate deal making, and manage contracts with a fraction of the effort.
By reimagining legal documents, we take the stress out of contract management, empowering people to do their best work while turning contracts from an obligation to be managed into a source of competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored demonstrations of the Evisort platform to prospective customers
Engage with major enterprises to understand their business requirements and identify and explain how these requirements map to Evisort's AI technology. This may involve educating potential customers on the current state of AI technology and what this makes possible for their business
Build tailored presentations and run enterprise-grade proof of concepts demonstrating Evisort’s efficiency for sophisticated use cases, including supplier management, quote to cash, regulatory and policy compliance, and legal diligence
Collaborate with senior company leaders to build a vision and value case for using AI in contract transformation.
Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to existing major customers, helping them expand and scale their use of Evisort's solutions
Establish and refine processes for the Solution Consulting function, ensuring scalability to handle growing client engagements.
Improve Evisort's subject matter expertise in key industries by identifying and trialing new use cases, training custom AI models, building industry-specific playbooks, and working with marketing to develop use-case-specific campaigns
Apply Evisort's configurable AI solutions, including its contract-specific LLM capabilities and innovative Document X-Ray product, to build verticalized solutions for healthcare, finance, high tech, media and entertainment, and other industries
About You
Basic Qualifications:
4+ years of experience of solution consulting, implementation and or consulting
1+ contracts, CLM or legal related service experience
Other Qualifications:
Prior experience in strategy consulting or similar roles, with the ability to diagnose and frame sophisticated problems in an understandable way
Strong strategic vision and capable of developing and presenting arguments for AI-driven contract transformation.
Understanding of AI technology and Large Language Models and their application to contract and document management or related fields.
Passionate about applying AI to sophisticated legal and business transformation processes.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to pitch in and tackle broad responsibilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
