About the Role:
As a Solution Architect at Netomi, you will be the technical thought leader guiding enterprise customers from vision to reality. You will design, validate, and implement architectures that handle millions of interactions per month, connect with mission-critical enterprise systems, and push the boundaries of generative AI and automation in customer service.
This role sits at the intersection of customer success, solutions engineering, and product innovation—giving you direct influence over customer outcomes and the evolution of Netomi’s platform.
Responsibilities
- Architect Enterprise-Grade Solutions - Lead technical discovery and solution design for large-scale deployments, mapping business objectives to robust technical architectures.
- Define integration strategies leveraging REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, SDKs, event-driven patterns, and secure enterprise data flows.
- Own Technical Success from Day One - Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure onboarding success and time-to-value goals are met.
- Build proof-of-concepts, demos, and reference architectures that inspire confidence and accelerate adoption.
- Be the Bridge Between Business & Engineering - Translate complex customer requirements into actionable specifications for Netomi’s engineering and product teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor—educating both technical and non-technical stakeholders on best practices, trade-offs, and roadmap considerations.
- Get Hands-On with Implementation - Configure the Netomi platform, connect to CRMs, contact centers, messaging platforms, and enterprise data systems.
- Develop lightweight integration code and automation scripts when needed to unblock deployments.
- Contribute to Product & Platform Evolution - Provide feedback to Product Management on feature gaps, customer needs, and emerging market demands.
- Author high-quality solution documentation, reusable templates, and technical playbooks for internal and customer use.
Requirements
- Experience & Skills - 7+ years in solution architecture, solutions engineering, or technical consulting for B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, integration architectures (REST, GraphQL, event-driven), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk), contact center systems, and messaging APIs.
- Proven ability to lead technical discussions with both executives and engineers.
- Mindset & Attributes - Customer-first problem solver with a bias for action.
- Skilled at balancing immediate delivery needs with long-term architectural vision.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
