We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to help us sell CX solutions that provide our clients with a beautiful customer journey that achieves results. Responsibilities

  • Represent PTP CX services and solutions to clients and partners, which includes client meetings and field events such as conferences and seminars
  • Work with customers to identify business and technical requirements
  • Architect and scope solutions which meet business and technical requirements
  • Present solutions and conduct demonstrations
  • Create proposals and respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
  • Collaborate with sales, partners and internal teams to provide clients with CX solutions

Requirements

  • Ideal candidate must be self-managed with a proven track record in professional services and software sales
  • 5+ years of speech-based IVR development experience
  • Knowledge of IVR and speech standards (VoiceXML, SRGS, SISR, MRCP)
  • Knowledge of contact center infrastructure
  • Experience with large contact center implementations
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Available to travel
  • BS in Computer Science or Information Systems is strongly preferred

Salary is DOE and is extremely competitive.
