This is a 100% remote position.


About your new role:


As a Software Sales Director, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving growth through strategic SaaS deals. This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional with mid- to senior-level experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions. You will own the sales cycle end-to-end, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and contribute to the development of sales tools and resources that empower our go-to-market success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the full enterprise sales cycle for SaaS solutions — from lead qualification to close — across assigned territories and verticals.
  • Strategically target and penetrate enterprise accounts, including mid-market and Fortune 1000 organizations.
  • Lead executive-level business discussions with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders across IT and business functions.
  • Clearly articulate product capabilities and business value, positioning our solutions to solve customer challenges.
  • Develop and refine sales assets including presentations, ROI models, battle cards, and playbooks.
  • Collaborate with product management, marketing, and customer success teams to align on GTM strategy and customer feedback.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Contribute to a high-performing sales culture by sharing best practices and mentoring peers where appropriate.
  • Takes on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the team and organization.


What you'll need for success:

  • 5–8+ years of SaaS/software sales experience, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex SaaS deals with enterprise or mid-market customers.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect customer needs to product value.
  • Comfortable leading product conversations and effectively partnering with solutions engineers as needed.
  • Experience creating and leveraging impactful sales collateral and enablement tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for technical and business audiences.
  • Highly self-motivated, accountable, and adaptable in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Commandlink hires individuals in a number of geographic regions and the pay ranges listed reflect the cost of labor across these regions. The base pay for this position as displayed at the bottom of the job description is a range based on our lowest geographic region, up to our highest geographic region. Pay is based on location among other factors, such as skill-set, experience, and qualifications held.


Compensation includes a competitive base salary ranging between $90,000 to $110,000 plus commission, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $180,000 to $225,000+.
