Software Quality Analyst

Our Support division is currently seeking a Software Quality Analyst for a permanent position.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Analyze business and functional requirements to develop software testing strategies;

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases;

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing; identify, document, and resolve software defects in collaboration with development teams;

• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks;

• Evaluate system performance, data integrity, and security;

• Participate in Agile development processes;

• Analyze test results to provide reports and recommendations to improve software quality and performance.
