As a Software Engineering Intern on the Raven View project, you will contribute to developing and maintaining our mesh network monitoring and management platform. You will gain practical experience building scalable systems, integrating backend services, and supporting modern DevOps workflows—all while collaborating with a dynamic, cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Software Development: Assist in developing both backend and frontend components for the Raven View system using modern frameworks like Rust and Flutter.
  • Database Integration: Contribute to designing and managing PostgreSQL schemas to support Raven View’s data model and telemetry processing.
  • DevOps & CI/CD: Help define, document, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Docker and GitHub Pipelines for application builds and deployments.
  • Release Management: Support app store publication and configuration for mobile clients through iOS App Store and Google Play.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation for development workflows, deployment processes, and configuration plans.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers to learn best practices and contribute to key milestones.
  • Problem Solving: Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and improving the platform under mentorship.
  • Learning and Development: Demonstrate a strong aptitude for learning new technologies in web, mobile, and systems programming.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science
  • Experience with Rust, C/C++, and Python.
  • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Git, Docker, and GitHub Pipelines.
  • Strong communication skills and an interest in cross-team collaboration.
  •  Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and contribute meaningfully.
  • Exposure to mobile development and release workflows on Android and iOS platforms is a plus.
