Software Engineer

• Write, test, and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code under guidance from senior engineers.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Assist with debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving software defects.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and deliver features.
• Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality.
• Follow established development standards, processes, and best practices.
• Continuously learn new technologies, tools, and frameworks relevant to the role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Basic understanding of one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with fundamental software development concepts such as data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Basic knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Internship, co-op, or project experience in software development.
• Exposure to web, mobile, or cloud-based application development.
• Familiarity with agile or scrum development methodologies.

• Willingness to learn and accept feedback.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Time management and ability to prioritize tasks with support.

• Primarily computer-based work.
• May require participation in on-call rotations or occasional off-hours support depending on team needs.
