We’re looking for an experienced Software Engineer to support our customers and join our passionate team of high-impact problem solvers.

About the role:

As a Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in bringing technical solutions to life, actively participating in the development, testing, and deployment of our infrastructure. Collaborating with your peers, you'll begin taking ownership of specific modules or functionalities while being mentored by more experienced engineers.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or a related field AND 3 years’ experience OR Master’s degree with 1 years experience
  • Experience with C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Python, React & Angular
  • Experience in one or more Big Data/Cloud/Enterprise Frameworks, like Play, Spring Boot or Quarkus
  • Experience with web-socket and RESTFul APIs
  • Familiarity with SW design and architecture patterns
  • Proficient with cloud-related software technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes
  • Proactive and self-motivated team player
  • Demonstrated working knowledge & experience in the following areas: Apache Spark, Kubernetes, Kafka, SIMP Project, Ansible, Docker, GIT, Linux, Suricata, Zeek, Kibana, Logstash, Elastic Search, Neo4J, PostgreSQL, Terraform, Artifactory, GitLab, network engineering, AWS Cloud, agile software development, agile methodologies, agile project management, software project management, defensive cyber military operations, software development life cycle management, program/project management, systems engineering, strategic planning, cross-functional team.

Highly preferred:

  • Experience with SQL databases
  • Certifications:
    • SAFe for Teams Certification, &
    • AWS certifications (Associate Developer, & AWS Specialty Security within a year of start date) or be able to demonstrate AWS competence using the CLI and Boto

Clearance Requirements:

  • Active Secret security clearance

Work Type: 

  • Onsite- 100% in-person in Colorado Springs, CO
  • May require up to 10% travel

Salary Range:

  • $90,000 - $150,000 
  • The determination of compensation is predicated upon a candidate's comprehensive experience, demonstrated skill, and proven abilities
