Make Your Mark:
A full‑stack engineering role with responsibilities across both front-end and back-end, with a primary emphasis on backend development. This position supports a combined engineering team and contributes to building and enhancing a modern microservices platform using both .NET and Java technologies.

You'll Get To:
• Develop, test, troubleshoot, debug, optimize, scale, maintain and improve backend software
systems and services while adhering to requirements, coding and quality standards.• Maintain high standards of software quality and technical excellence within the team by
supporting good practices and writing clean, testable, maintainable, and secure code.• Proactively identify issues, bottlenecks, gaps, or other areas of concern or opportunity and
bring them to the attention of your team lead.• Perform critical maintenance, deployment, and release support activities, including occasional
off-hours support
What You'll Bring:

• BS in Computer Science + 2 years of experience OR Master's in CS + 1 year of experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience in building Web scale highly available multi-tenant SaaS with focus on backend platform, frameworks, RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with object‑oriented languages such as C#, Java, C++, or Golang, front‑end technologies like JavaScript and React, and strong SQL skills is required.
• Beneficial (but not required) cloud‑native experience includes public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) , Kubernetes, messaging systems like Kafka or SQS, API gateways, and observability tools.
• A solid computer science foundation including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns, with a proven track record of writing high concurrency, multi-threaded, scalable code.
• Experience with AI coding assistants is a plus-Claude Code preferred, though GitHub Copilot is perfectly acceptable for mid‑level candidates who are eager to grow in this area.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable team player with strong collaboration skills and a focus on results and value delivery.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Passion for engineering excellence through automation, unit testing, and process
  improvements.
