The Opportunity:
CACI as a Prime Contractor on MWIII Bridge. All positions in the Hanover, MD area. MWIII Bridge develops and supports Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities for the enterprise and stand-alone deployment throughout the IC. Tasks include program management, mission support, software integration, software development, system engineering, migration, testing, documentation development, network and system monitoring, configuration control and release management.
Responsibilities:
Software Engineer needs to support design, development, and documentation of Authorization Services. Primary functions will include Java Development for tools that support Attributes and Authorization Decisions. These tools will involve integration with an LDAP directory, an ORACLE database, and an ELK stack.

● Experience developing software and systems in Java (J2EE) ● Experience with any of the following:

● Cloudera

● Kibana

● ELK Stack

● OViD

● Oracle

● NiFi

● Radiant Logic

● LDAP

● PKI technologies (including RSA, SSL, and certificates for example)

● Web services using REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON

● Understanding of Identity and Access Management solutions.

● Familiarity with coding and documentation standards and best practices, and with source control systems (e.g. SVN/GIT)

● Experience with Tasking/Ticketing systems such as Redmine/Jira.

● Ability to clearly and professionally communicate ideas and status updates to peers and management.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, on schedule, and with minimal supervision, when multiple projects are being developed simultaneously
Qualifications:
Required: 
• TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to the computer engineering or computer science disciplines is required. 5+ years of software engineering experience is required. 2+ years’ work experience in the SIGINT, IA, or IT domains is required. 4 years of software engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree, for a total of 9 years.

• Must be able to work in a collaborative environment. Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$85,800 - $180,200
