Does your current company inspire you to build, grow, and innovate? Is your passion for making lasting and meaningful change being realized?
The tremendous growth in our business and increasing demand for our services means we are expanding our team in exciting ways. We have the heart of a startup and the backing of an industry leader. This means a unique career opportunity for low-ego professionals looking for a people-first, culture rich work family with which to change the world.
We are seeking a mid-level Full Stack Software Developer who can build scalable front-end components, strong backend services, and robust third-party integrations. This role will primarily support development on the Salesforce platform (Financial Services Cloud + Sales/Marketing Cloud), but does not require a pure Salesforce background. Instead, we want a well-rounded engineer with solid modern engineering fundamentals who is open to learning Salesforce technologies such as Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
You will build net-new integrations, enhance existing middleware services, and help develop a new managed service package within Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain full stack applications with a focus on scalable backend services.
- Develop and consume REST API integrations with third-party systems.
- Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) on the Salesforce platform.
- Implement clean, maintainable code following modern engineering best practices (patterns, modularization, unit testing).
- Work with front-end technologies including TypeScript, React, or LWC.
- Collaborate with internal teams consuming the integrations you develop (e.g., Eddie’s team).
- Support ongoing enhancements to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and related applications.
- Work with Snowflake-based data integrations in a modern, newly implemented environment (minimal tech debt).
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of full stack software development experience.
- Strong backend engineering skills using Java, Go, or similar languages.
- Experience building and integrating REST APIs.
- Solid understanding of software engineering tools, Git workflows, and modern coding standards.
- Ability to work across front-end and back-end systems (true full stack).
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Salesforce development experience: Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with React and TypeScript.
- Experience with Go (bonus).
- Prior experience developing integrations into or out of Salesforce.
- Familiarity with Snowflake or cloud-based data warehousing.
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $120,000 to $140,000 per year.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs. You will receive reimbursement of job-related expenses per the company policy and may receive employee perks and discounts.
