Duties: Design and implement data integrations, using technical tools like HDL and Oracle APIs. Develop and maintain configurations essential for seamless integrations with Oracle HCM Cloud. Design real-time integrations to enhance the efficiency of Oracle HCM Cloud processes. Develop comprehensive test strategies and actively contribute to the testing of integrations. Automate several pay inputs using fast formulas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration projects. Stay updated on Oracle HCM Cloud advancements and contribute insights to the integration design process. Develop and maintain technical design documentation and user guides.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or in a related field of study plus 5 (five) years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, IT Consultant, Systems Engineer, Software Developer, or in a related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or in a related field of study plus 3 (three) years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, IT Consultant, Systems Engineer, Software Developer, or in a related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires experience in the following: Designing and developing Realtime and file-based integrations with Oracle HCM using HCM Data extracts and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC); Using Oracle REST API's and SOAP web services for real-time data exchange; Developing and customizing Fast Formulas for business rules; Ability to develop and debug Oracle Payroll Fast Formulas; Creating and designing new reports using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence and Oracle BI Publisher; Creating custom Transactional pages on Oracle Redwood using Oracle Visual builder tools; and Creating and documenting technical specifications.
