As a Software Engineer II, you’ll be at the heart of designing, building, and launching scalable software solutions that drive our cutting-edge cybersecurity platform. This isn’t just an intermediate role—it’s your launchpad to technical leadership.

You’ll take ownership of backend systems, craft robust APIs, and engineer cloud-native services that deliver performance, reliability, and airtight security. Collaborate across teams, mentor rising talent, and help shape the architecture that defends against tomorrow’s threats.

As a RADICL Software Engineer II, you will:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Golang and Typescript.
  • Build and maintain frontend components using TypeScript and modern frameworks (e.g., React).
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software.
  • Optimize performance and scalability of applications deployed in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform and Docker.
  • Document technical specifications and maintain system architecture diagrams.[Add Specific Job Duties]

Your skillset/experience should include:


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in Golang and/or TypeScript.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
  • Experience with build tools and version control (Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS
  • Must be a US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Tailwind/MU
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions).
  • Exposure to frontend frameworks like React.
  • Familiarity with Elasticsearch and relational databases (PostgreSQL).
  • Knowledge of security best practices and secure coding standards.
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Prior work in defense, cybersecurity, or mission-critical systems.[Add Desired Skillset/Experience]

About the Workplace

For this reason, we have a hybrid work model. As a team, we are in office M/W/Th with work-from-home on Tuesdays and Fridays. For remote positions, periodic travel to Boulder will be expected to participate in company events and meaningful side-by-side collaboration opportunities.
