We are seeking a passionate and driven Software Engineer to join our growing team and contribute to the development of innovative SaaS products. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to learn, grow, and make a significant impact on our platform. You will be involved in all stages of the software development lifecycle, working alongside experienced engineers.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement new features and enhancements for our SaaS products using Node.js.

  • Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL to manage and query data.

  • Assist in deploying and maintaining applications on AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.

  • Write well-structured, testable, and efficient code.

  • Write unit and integration tests to ensure the quality and reliability of code.

  • Participate in code reviews, learning from peers and contributing to code quality.

  • Assist in debugging and resolving software defects

  • Continuously learn new technologies, tools, and best practices in software development.

  • Actively seek feedback and opportunities for professional development.

  • Embrace an AI-first approach by exploring and utilizing AI-powered development tools (e.g., Cursor).

  • Collaborate with senior engineers and product managers to understand requirements and contribute to solutions.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 1+ years of experience in software development (internships or relevant projects will be considered).

  • Foundational knowledge of Node.js and backend development concepts.

  • Basic understanding of relational (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS and/or Azure.

  • Understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.

  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including AI-powered developer tools.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation.The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $124,400 USD - $166,400 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
