About Anzen:

Anzen is an insurtech startup founded by former insurance and tech executives who have collectively scaled three unicorns and we're looking to completely disrupt the management insurance market.

Every year, companies all over the United States file billions of dollars in insurance claims related to founder, management, and shareholder liability. Shareholders and employees file these claims whenever they are involved in different types of litigation such as harassment, wrongful termination, incorrect classification of employees, ownership disputes, and many more.

At Anzen, we are building the first insurance product of its kind – management insurance paired with a platform that helps companies prevent management liability risks. We believe in a world where well-run companies are the norm and employees are kept safe and happy with business systems and tools to scale their work.

Anzen is building the first risk management product that uses data from HR, payroll, and financial systems to help companies prevent management issues before they become claims.
