WHO WE NEED:

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in either mobile or web software development
- Mobile languages/frameworks:
- Native languages such as Swift or Kotlin are preferred
OR
- Web Development:
- .NET (Web Development), C#, React, Azure
- 1 - 2 years of experience managing direct reports
- Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing technical teams
- Strong understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and hands-on experience leading agile practices (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to anticipating technical challenges and opportunities for improvement
Some of the items you'll tackle include:
- Build relationships, coach, and develop your team members through regular 1:1s
- Take responsibility for all aspects of the SDLC, including leading/overseeing all scrum activities (stand-up, sprint planning, retrospectives, sprint reviews, stakeholder meetings)
- Collaborate with the Technical Product Manager to establish the roadmap of your assigned apps and services within the Core Services.
- Acting as the point of contact for the project(s) you'll be responsible for, and responding to queries from within and outside the department
- Drive adoption of mobile best practices, including offline-first design, efficient networking, and app lifecycle management
