The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

What you'll do:
- Manage/Lead a team of software engineers in the development, testing and deployment of our platform, facilitate agile process and remove impediments
- Partner with our recruiting team to continue to build your team and mentor the growth of the existing team
- Drive technical decisions and work with your partner TPM to plan, track, and deliver software projects
- Establish strong working relationships at all organizational levels and multi-functional teams
- You'll review architecture, design, and implementations, and you'll provide feedback to individual contributors
- You'll be able to identify and manage priorities within the context of overall corporate objectives
- Work with others in Engineering Management to drive standard methodologies in software development, testing, and production deployment
What you'll need:
- Demonstrated history of implementing and managing significant software development projects
- 7+ years of experience in Software Development as a software engineer
- 2+ years of experience in Engineering Management
- Proficiency in SQL development and 1 or more programming languages
- Experience working under an Agile/Scrum methodology
- Proven experience in delivery end to end scalable solutions
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Position may include occasional travel
