Role Details

We're looking for a talented Software Designer to join our team and help us build intuitive, beautiful, and highly functional software for our clients.In this role, you'll be involved in the entire design process, from initial ideas to fast prototype iteration to pixel-perfect execution.  If you love translating complex challenges into simple, elegant solutions, we want to hear from you!
This is a remote position and can be based anywhere within the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • User Experience (UX) Design: Dive deep into user needs, creating personas and mapping out journeys to ensure our software is truly user-centric and easy to navigate.
  • Rapid Prototyping & Iteration: Quickly build and iterate on prototypes, bringing ideas to life efficiently to test concepts and gather early feedback.
  • Client Collaboration: Partner directly with clients on requirements gathering, product demos, and feedback sessions to ensure designs align with their vision and business goals.
  • Craft Engaging Interfaces: Bring our software to life with stunning visual designs, focusing on layouts, interactions, typography, and color to create a seamless experience.
  • Team Up & Align: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, bringing your design vision to life while balancing user needs and business goals.
  • Support Sales & Marketing: Actively support our sales and marketing efforts around solutions projects, contributing design insights and materials as needed.
  • Test and Learn: Gather feedback, conduct usability tests, and iterate on your designs to continuously improve and deliver the best possible experience.


Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of proven experience in full-cycle software design (from wireframing to high-fidelity mockups), ideally across a product portfolio.
  • Demonstrated client-facing experience around requirements gathering, product demos, and feedback sessions.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your UX and UI design skills, including examples of rapid prototyping and iteration.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working with cross-functional teams and external clients.
  • A user-centered mindset and a passion for creating intuitive products.
