Software Architect
TalentQuest is now part of Energage and requires a Software Architect to join our team.
Accountability & Impact:
In this role, you’ll...
- Analyze user needs and translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technological solutions;
- Oversee research, design, and development of company’s proprietary software applications, features, and enhancements;
- Coordinate and implement projects related to the application’s core architecture to enhance scalability, optimization of operating costs and runtime performance;
- Lead comprehensive code reviews to set code quality standards;
- Review design and code for compliance and adherence to best practices and maintenance of highest standards of code quality;
- Modify legacy code as necessary;
- Create technical documentation for the application;
- Fortify systems against potential vulnerabilities;
- Assign and supervise work of developers on team.
What Your Bring to the Role:
- Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering or related field;
- 2 years of experience as a Software Architect, Software Developer, Software Engineer, or related role. Experience must include:

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects your experience, skills, and the value you bring to our team. The base salary for this position is $127,504 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
In addition to base pay, our total rewards package includes:

Energage is a remote workplace with employees in various US locations. While many of our employees enjoy the flexibility of daily remote work, this role is hybrid and will require at least one (1) on-site day per week while the other four (4) days are remote. The remote work can be performed in a variety of locations with some exclusions:
- California
- Massachusetts
- New York City
- Washington
- Outside of the US
If you reside in one of the above excluded locations and wish to work remotely, we will not consider you for this role.
